In today’s working style, Office time is the most hectic period. We work 4 hr approx in Morning and another 4 hrs approx in evening and break in between for lunch and tea time.

This break recharges our body and mind to battle rest of our office time until we go home. Today organizations provide lunch inside the office or we just walk a few meters to reach food court to recharge our battery. Sometimes, due to the demanding situation, we have hard times inside the office. And we go to cafeteria thinking that it will make us feel relaxed at least during lunch time.But there waits another Bomb … same old tasteless, processed, chemical mixed, commercial food.

When I think of my happy place, I am in school, sheepishly opening my lunch box in class to check if my mother has sent me my favorite bread pudding. Energy needs

People’s energy needs vary depending on activity levels and life stage but typically men require more energy than women. Growing children require a lot of energy, as an example boys aged 7-10yrs should consume approx. 1970 kcals per day, and girls aged 7-10yrs should consume approx. 1740 kcals. For adults, men require approx. 2500 kcals and women approx. 2000 kcals per day.
